Gadens has unveiled an enhanced online leasing platform to help clients manage high volumes of property transactions.
The new platform, Gadens Portfolio Solutions (GPS) Leasing, was introduced to clients last weekend. GPS Leasing is “a suite of online business-to-business programs, legal analysis and management tools that offer a new-generation method of conducting and managing high volumes of transactions,” according to a statement from the firm.

The secure document exchange, document repository and online workflow platform improves the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of large transactions, including retail and commercial leases, conveyancing, and mortgage and debt recovery transactions, Gadens said.

The GPS suite includes GPS Recoveries, which assists with debt recovery; GPS Lending, for loan document preparation and settlement; and Rapid Settlement Process (RSP), an online conveyancing settlement system.
