TressCox partner moves to Meridian Lawyers
Financial services partner Michael Bracken will join Meridian Lawyers after more than 17 years with TressCox Lawyers.

Mr Bracken (pictured) advises insurers, brokers, health funds, health and medical service providers, medical defence organisations, medical indemnity insurers and reinsurers.

He was the chairman of the board of partners for four years at TressCox Lawyers and has previously worked as associate general counsel at Ersnt & Young for seven years.
Joining Mr Bracken in his move to Meridian Lawyers is senior associate Levina Chim, who practices in corporate, commercial and regulatory compliance work.
Mr Bracken’s practice covers M&A and capital raising, corporate and shareholder structures, strategic alliance and distribution structures, online health and general insurance underwriting agency arrangements. He regularly deals with regulators such as ASIC, APRA, Treasury, ASX and SFE.

National firm Kemp Strang took a partner and a senior associate from TressCox Lawyers in November last year.
