Meanwhile, Ms Tracey joins Corrs’ Sydney office in her new role. She brings with her extensive experience in corporate and commercial law matters, both in the UK and Australian market.

Throughout her career, Ms Tracey has provided expertise in both the transactional and advisory areas of corporate matters and merger and acquisitions. She has significant experience in representing clients in the media sector, as well as working with private equity and start-up clients, as well as offshore clients.

Corrs partner and CEO John W.H. Denton AO welcomed the arrival of both Ms Hider and Ms Tracey, saying they each bring substantial value to the firm.

“Both Jane and Gaynor are extremely well regarded in their respective fields, and we are delighted to welcome them to Corrs,” Mr Denton said.

“Their skills and experience will complement and enhance our existing offering, and their combined Australian and international experience closely align with Corrs’ position as the most globally connected law firm based in Australia.”
