“Vivianne’s family law expertise includes divorce, separation, property settlements, binding financial agreements, de facto relationships, children’s matters and child support.

Mr Creevey said Ms Wilson-Tonscheck is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for clients, who appreciate her clear advice, forward-thinking approach and the genuine interest she shows for their personal concerns and the outcome of their matters.

Ms Wilson-Tonscheck has conducted Family Law Court proceedings in various registries including Darwin, Sydney, Rockhampton, Townsville, Brisbane and Adelaide.

She will be primarily based in Creevey Russell’s Toowoomba office, but as an integral part of the firm’s family law team, she will be travelling to Brisbane and the western Darling Downs regularly to assist clients and conduct court matters.

After growing up on the Gold Coast, Ms Wilson-Tonscheck served in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) before embarking on her legal career.

She has settled in Toowoomba near her family who are fifth-generation graziers on the Darling Downs and is a member of the Downs & South West Queensland Law Association.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to join the family law team at Creevey Russell Lawyers and looking forward to achieving more successful outcomes for our highly valued clients,” Ms Wilson-Tonscheck said.
