Jennifer McNeill returns to private practice at the firm’s Canberra office, having gleaned extensive experience in competition law, regulatory compliance, consumer protection and commercial and government litigation in her role at the ACCC. She is an accredited specialist in commercial litigation and mediation, as well as a regular presenter at academic and industry events. According to Gary Rumble, partner in the Canberra-based government law practice, McNeill has a reputation for being a very tough, astute commercial litigator. “After her experience in private practice, and working with government, she brings an acute awareness of both sides of compliance and what is needed for ‘good housekeeping’ for both private and government clients,” he said.
