Corporate finance lawyer Shelley Hemmings previously worked for Blake Dawson Waldron. She is recognised as a leading corporate and transactional lawyer specialising in structured financial products and funds management, principally within the financial services sector.
Hemmings’ experience extends from corporate advisory work in general to a range of securities issues covering shares, debentures, trust and other managed investment scheme interests.
