“Bringing in additional senior talent ensures our clients have access to the widest skills of deep legal expertise for every stage of business and for every type of transaction,” Mr Kintis said. “Maximising client outcomes is what we do best – we’re now even better placed to ensure our clients achieve their long-term goals and growth objectives.”

New special counsel Elouise Monck brings extensive experience from both Australian and US markets in corporate restructuring. With over 15 years of expertise in banking and financial services, Ms Monck’s career includes being a member of the New York Bar and practising within the New York Allen & Overy office around bankruptcy and restructuring. She specialises in corporate finance, real estate and project finance.

Joining the firm’s corporate and commercial team is senior associate Patricia Martins, a former BigLaw lawyer. She has spent over seven years advising national and global clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Newly promoted senior associate Alison Rees advises a wide variety of clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals and SMEs to large listed and not-for-profit companies. Associate Judith Milazzo is also a strong legal practitioner and litigation specialist who was instrumental in ensuring successful outcomes for ClarkeKann’s clients.

Another newly appointed associate Jake Reid is the latest of the firm’s graduates who achieved an associate position within two years. Over in the property team, associate Sam Troutman specialises in leasing, development, planning and strata law.

Partner Miles Anderson added: “We are delighted to be expanding our teams and our decision to continue to fully support our staff during these challenging times has paid off. We are especially proud of our internal promotions – it’s great to see success for our staff as we support them on their career progression and development.”
