Having previously worked at both HWL Ebsworth and Gadens, Mr Hood specialises in complex commercial disputes and has acted on behalf of government bodies, listed entities, public and private companies, partnerships and individuals in various jurisdictions across Australia. He regularly represents clients involved in inquiries and regulatory proceedings.
Nick Humphrey, managing partner of Hamilton Locke, said that the firm was “delighted to further expand our offering to clients and build on our existing capabilities with the addition of Chris as the first litigation partner in Perth”.
This appointment brings the Hamilton Locke partnership to 37 – and as reported by Lawyers Weekly earlier this year, the firm has big growth plans for the year ahead.
