K&L Gates has raided national firm Gadens in a bid to boost its finance stocks in Brisbane.

“Being able to provide a streamlined ‘one-stop’ legal service offering across multiple jurisdictions is exciting, particularly in light of the ever-shrinking global finance market,” she said.

In a 2008 interview with The Courier Mail, Bean, who was a partner at Gadens at the time, said the book that changed her life was Harper Lee’s To Kill A Mockingbird.
