Clarke is a dual-qualified US and Australian attorney with more than 15 years’ experience working at firms in New York, Melbourne and Singapore.

He specialises in cross-border finance, with broad experience in syndicated and secured bank financings. He has a particular focus on leveraged, project, structured trade and export credit agency-backed financings, and has considerable experience within the commodities and natural resources sectors.
