Sarah Davies, an accredited specialist in commercial litigation, has joined ClakeKann’s litigation & insolvency team as a partner, located in the Brisbane office.
Davies (pictured) has been practising as a litigation lawyer for more than 24 years. She is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, having received the highest achiever award when she completed her accreditation in 2010.

She has broad experience in the litigation and resolution of business and corporate disputes, and in providing strategic risk management advice on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
Davies has a particular interest in directors and trustees’ duties and the conduct of contested meetings. She acts for clients from across industry groups, including: agribusiness; funds management; financial services; commercial property owners; real estate developers; professional services, resources and retail sectors.
