Widdup lectured on property law at Curtin whilst also running her own consultancy business.
Widdup has also worked as a senior foreign consultant at Ashurst and was a partner at Canadian firm MacPherson Leslie and Tyerman.
Widdup provides specialist advice on the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (PPSA), having gained extensive experience in the three PPSA jurisdictions; Canada, New Zealand and Australia.
