HFW boosts Asia practice

London-headquartered global firm Holman Fenwick Willan has stationed one of its senior partners in Singapore in a bid to grow its Asia practice.

Senior partner Richard Crump (pictured) has relocated to the firm’s Singapore office as part of a “global strategic review”. He is one of three leaders at the firm alongside managing partner George Eddings and chief operating officer Alistair Mitchell.

HFW also plans to move its Paris office to larger premises in June due to growth in a number of domestic and international areas, including matters relating to Francophone-African countries.

According to HFW, the changes will refine the firm’s focus to core sectors and improve the co-ordination of activities across offices.

HFW’s Australian arm has also undergone changes. The Perth office poached two energy partners from Lavan Legal in March.

HFW is a global firm with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
