Mid-tier takes seven from SRB Legal

A national firm has nabbed a team of seven, including five lawyers, from Perth-based insurance firm SRB Legal.

Partners Martin Dobson (pictured) and Daniel Costanzo have joined Moray & Agnew from SRB Legal, along with senior associate Joshua Wilcox, lawyers Stephanie O’Connor and Jackson Criddle and two support staff.

Mr Dobson specialises in workers compensation and has experience in complex personal and psychiatric injury and dust diseases cases.

Mr Costanzo focuses on compensation cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries, contractual and indemnity disputes, multi-party litigation and recovery proceedings.

Moray & Agnew has also recruited Emma Chapman as a partner in the Brisbane office. Ms Chapman most recently worked as a principal for McInnes Wilson Lawyers for more than five years.

Ms Chapman has advised a wide range of national and international insurers on complex public liability and professional indemnity claims with an injury element.

She has experience with claims in the construction, labour hire, retail, hospitality, mining, electrical and leisure industries.

Moray & Agnew has 81 partners across six offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Newcastle and Perth.
