Radhika Kanhai has been appointed as partner in Cornwall Stodart’s reconstruction and insolvency and commercial litigation teams.
Ms Kanhai is vice-president of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation’s Victoria branch and has more than 15 years’ experience in complex court litigation and dispute resolution.

Previously a partner at Rigby Cooke Lawyers, Ms Kanhai has experience in corporate reconstruction and insolvency, personal insolvency, leasing disputes, contractual breaches, franchising and Corporations Act matters.
Ms Kanhai has undertaken extensive accredited mediation training and can offer her clients alternative forms of dispute resolution such as negotiation, mediation and conciliation.
