Mr Kraus previously spent two years at Kalus Kenny Intelex, and a year and a half at Mills Oakley before that.
Prior to that, he was the director of Gersh Investment Partners.
His experience covers corporate law, corporate finance and property finance, acting for a range of private business, private and institutional clients.
Kliger Partners principal Jeremy Goldman said Mr Kraus would enhance the firm’s capabilities.
“The skills and clients that he has are a perfect fit for Kliger Partners,” Mr Goldman said.
“He’ll create new opportunities for our existing clients across our commercial, property and building and construction teams.”
