Johnson Winter & Slattery has appointed employment partner Lucienne Mummé from a rival national firm.
Ms Mummé (pictured) has joined Johnson Winter & Slattery’s Melbourne office following seven years as a partner in Thomson Geer’s employment and workplace relations team.

“Luci is recognised as a pre-eminent employment expert, with particular experience in workplace change projects including restructuring, outsourcing, downsizing and enterprise bargaining strategy, including responses to industrial action,” said Peter Slattery, managing partner of Johnson Winter & Slattery.
“She has significant experience in both the private and public sectors and regularly advises clients in the areas of disputes, award and enterprise agreement interpretation, disciplinary and performance-management processes, the management of discrimination complaints, executive employment and termination.”
Johnson Winter & Slattery recently lost insolvency and restructuring partner Gerard Breen to Mills Oakley in Sydney.
