An Australian law firm has made promotions across the board, appointing two partners, two senior associates and one associate.
Makinson d’Apice Lawyers welcomed the promotions of Matthew Gerathy and Nicholas Regener as partners of the firm. Both Mr Gerathy and Mr Regener work in the firm’s dispute resolution group.

Belinda Marsh and Matthew Wells have been promoted to senior associates. Ms Marsh and Mr Wells will perform their roles in Makinson d’Apice Lawyers’ charities and not-for-profits group.
Meanwhile, Christopher Aoun from the firm’s banking and finance group has been made an associate.
Bill d’Apice, chairman of Makinson d’Apice Lawyers, welcomed the promotions, saying they will enhance the firm’s core offering.
“Each of these promoted lawyers has played a vital role in the success of the firm and they have showed a strong commitment to our firm and client service culture,” he said.
“I am delighted to announce the promotions and I welcome Matthew and Nicholas to the partnership.”
