A planning and environment specialist has joined corporate advisory law firm Brian Ward & Partners from another Melbourne boutique.
Scott Stewart (pictured) has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of planning and environment law, major projects and property development. He is a Law Institute of Victoria accredited specialist in planning and environment.

His practice has a builder and developer focus and he has acted in many of Victoria’s largest development projects.
Mr Stewart joins the company having held partner and team leader roles at leading Melbourne law firms over the past decade, most recently as legal director at Planning & Property Partners.
