An Australian firm has announced the appointment of three senior lawyers to its property group.

McCullough Robertson announced on Friday that special counsel Eva Vicic and senior associates Claire Hart and Jade Osman have been recruited to the firm’s property practice.

Ms Vicic joins the Sydney office of McCullough Robertson from Colin Biggers & Paisley, where she was a senior associate. She has over 10 years’ experience in advising on property developments, sales and acquisitions.

“Our clients will benefit from the depth of Eva’s experience, which spans drafting and negotiating sale, acquisition and project documentation for commercial, retail, residential, industrial and mixed-use properties as well as vendor and purchaser title and leasing due diligence,” said McCullough Robertson partner and national property group leader Kristan Conlon.

Ms Hart and Ms Osman have joined the firm’s Brisbane office from K&L Gates and Hickey Lawyers respectively. Ms Hart is experienced in leasing and commercial and industrial acquisitions. Ms Osman has broad experience in property law, including in the retirement village space, according to a statement from McCullough Robertson.

McCullough Robertson recently advised Chinese development and investment group R&F Properties on a multibillion-dollar project in Queensland’s Greater Springfield.
