Tosh has nearly 10 years experience in the area of family law, and has particular expertise in divorce proceedings, property settlement matters, child support and children’s issues and de facto relationship issues. Her experience includes practising as a solicitor in the UK, specialising in child protection and education law.

She volunteers at the Women’s Legal Service and she is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Family Law Practitioner’s Association of Queensland.
