Poczman was a senior associate in the firm’s Adelaide office in the mid 1990s, but he left to join PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong, and later, PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal in London, where he was a partner. Most recently he was a consultant for London firm Field Fisher Waterhouse.

Poczman’s practice includes commercial law, sales and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and corporate transactions, and he has worked with clients across a wide range of industries.
