RICHARD RAYMOND has taken up the reins as the new chairman of trans-Tasman firm Duncan Cotterill.
Raymond is a litigation specialist who joined the firm in 1997 and became a partner in 1998. Over this time, his practice has involved a significant volume of insurance-related litigation as well as a large commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice. Prior to joining the firm, Raymond worked in commercial litigation in Wellington and London and for several years he was a senior crown counsel with the Crown Solicitor in Christchurch.
