CUTLER HUGHES & Harris has snapped up construction law expert Luke Aiken. Aiken has moved across to the firm from his own practice — Aiken Lawyers, and prior to that he was a lawyer at Deacons.

Aiken is experienced in wide ranging front-end and back-end construction matters, including large infrastructure projects, commercial and industrial developments, major engineering products, high-rise residential and aged care facilities. He works with clients on all aspects of contract administration, risk management and risk allocation for construction projects and disputes.

Executive partner, Lucinda Smith, believes that Aiken’s expertise will help support their clients’ expanding needs in the area of construction law, and that his experience with Public Private Partnerships in particular will compliment the skill set of the major projects team.
