Lochhead has extensive experience in the aviation field. He was previously a partner and head of the aviation and finance practices at London firm Harbottle & Lewis LLP, where he acted for major UK airlines. He has also gained experience working in-house at British Aerospace and is listed in the Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Guide to the World’s leading Aviation Lawyers.

During his time at Harbottle & Lewis, Lochhead built up a finance practice from scratch and acted in more than 25 film financing deals including some large scale Hollywood productions.

Lochhead previously worked for Mallesons between 1998 and 2000 and will be rejoining the firm now that he has relocated permanently to Sydney.
