PARRAMATTA BASED firm, Coleman & Greig Solicitors & Notaries, has strengthened its practice across the board with four new appointments.

Rebecca Hegarty has joined as a senior lawyer in the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution team. Hegarty specialises in debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency and will be managing the firm’s specialist debt recovery service “C&G Collect”. Her previous experience includes managing the debt recovery teams at a number of western Sydney law firms.

Solicitors Antoni Mrdjen and Celia Oosterhoff have both joined the firm’s family law practice. Mrdjen specialises in litigation, negotiation and mediation, which includes appearing in apprehended domestic violence orders, apprehended violence orders and in enforcement applications. Oosterhoff is also experrienced in negotiation and litigation, with particular expertise in debt recovery and wills and estates issues arising in family law matters.

Sandra Van Den Bosch has joined the firm’s property law and estate planning team. Her expertise includes acquisitions and sales of large commercial and industrial sites and shopping centres, commercial, industrial and retail leasing, and advising on various developments, easements, strata tile and subdivision matters.
