Russell Kennedy has appointed Dr. Gabrielle Wolf, Dr. Arthur Rallis, Jacqui Pirone, Julie Louie, Caroline Snaidr and Shelley Wolman, helping to expand the firm's property, health and aged-care capabilities.

A former solicitor at the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria, Wolf brings to the firm a wide range of medico-legal experience including drafting and reviewing contracts and policies, governance and compliance and freedom of information and privacy. She joins the firm as a senior associate advising in the areas of health, medical, aged care and administrative law.

From DLA Phillips Fox, Rallis joins the firm's commercial team as special counsel where he will be advising in the areas of health and medical law (including research and clinical trials), commercial and contract law and mergers and acquisitions.

Pirone will be assisting the firm's health and aged care practice in the areas of general liability insurance, including public liability, product, occupiers and contractors' liability, professional indemnity matters, personal injury and compensation, as well as coronial inquests.

Louie joins the firm as a senior associate from Queensland-based firm MacDonnells Law. Her experience includes advising in relation to all aspects of immigration law, including employer sponsored temporary and permanent residency applications and general skilled migration, complex migration matters and conducting migration litigation.

Snaidr recently joined the firm's commercial property team where she assists with sales and acquisitions, property development and subdivision and leasing.

Wolman, a former solicitor with Rotstein Lockwood Reddy and Thomson Playford Cutler, brings to the firm commercial property experience in the areas of sales and acquisitions, transfers and commercial lease arrangements.
