Deal: Freehills represented UBS AG, Australia Branch, and Merrill Lynch International (Australia) Limited who acted as joint lead managers for Brambles Limited on its fully underwritten pro rata accelerated renounceable entitlement offer, with retail rights trading, which was announced on 4 June
