Global Reviews was established in 2000 and is headquartered in Melbourne. It offers unparalleled industry data, competitor intelligence and behavioural insights to improve sales conversion, customer satisfaction and competitiveness online to clients, including: Google Australia; Expedia; British Gas; Origin Energy; ANZ Banking Group; National Australia Bank and ING.
