Firms:  Swaab (UXC), Truman Hoyle (Lyle Abel)

Deal: Acquisition of Australian specialist SAP consulting firm, Stream, by UXC’s SAP software and services integrator subsidiary, Oxygen Business Solutions

Area: Technology

Value: Confidential

Key players: The Swaab team was led by corporate partner Alistair Jaque (pictured) and senior associate Andrew Draper

Deal significance: The purchase, which forms part of UXC's broader strategic direction, will provide UXC with greater resources and means to continue to grow in the SAP technology market. "We have had a strong year with our SAP business and the additional capability, scale and geographic reach this provides creates even more momentum as we scale for bigger and more complex projects,” said UXC managing director Cris Nolli. Stream currently has annual revenues of approximately $10 million and over 40 permanent staff in offices across Australia.
