Deal significance: Oil Industry Catering & Services has been a leading specialist catering company to the oil and gas drilling industry throughout Australia for the last 13 years. The company was recently rolled up into a holding company, OICS Holdings Pty Ltd. On 27 August, BlueSky Private Equity Trust took a significant minority stake in this new holding company. The strategic holding has been acquired to enable further capital expansion.
