The court wants a rethink on reinstating the $550,000 fine that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) imposed on CBS Corp over Jackson’s memorable breast-baring performance at the Super Bowl in 2004.
This follows a high court ruling last week that narrowly upheld the FCC’s policy threatening fines against even one-time users of curse words on live television, The Associated Press reports.
