Key players: Kelly & Co corporate partner Jamie Restas led the team that advised on all aspects of the purchase. The team included property partner Lachlan Andrews and associate Mark Lebbon

Deal significance: The property is well known for its prized plantings of shiraz, grenache and cabernet, the grapes of which have been used in Penfolds Grange, Eileen Hardy and Clarendon Hills wines.This transaction follows the firm recently advising long-standing client Australian Vintage Limited on the $27 million sale of its Loxton Winery to California-based The Wine Company.
