Law firm Swaab has advised IT solutions company UXC on the acquisition of SAP consulting firm Stream, by their SAP software and services integrator subsidiary, Oxygen Business Solutions.

The purchase will provide UXC with greater resources and means to continue to grow in the SAP technology market, Swaab said in a statement.

UXC managing director Cris Nolli said: "We have had a strong year with our SAP business and the additional capability, scale and geographic reach this provides, creates even more momentum as we scale for bigger and more complex projects."

Stream currently has annual revenues of approximately AU$10m and over 40 permanent staff in offices across Australia, Swaab said in a statement.

The Swaab team was led by corporate partner Alistair Jaque and senior associate Andrew Draper.
