Law firm Herbert Geer has advised Kentor Gold Ltd on its placement and rights issue raising a total of $20.2 million.

Law firm Herbert Geer has advised Kentor Gold Ltd on its placement and rights issue raising a total of $20.2 million.

 
 

The rights issue was partially underwritten by Kentor’s largest shareholder, KMP Investments Pte Ltd.
The placement will allow Kentor to progress the development at both the Murchison Gold Project in Western Australia and the Jervois Copper and Base Metals Project in the Northern Territory.

The joint lead managers to the deal were Helmsec Global Capital Limited and RBS Morgans Corporate Limited.

Lead Herbert Geer partner was Michael Truelove. He was assisted by Felicity O’Brien.
