Swaab leads Tripoint acquisition

Law firm Swaab has advised IT solutions company UXC on its acquisition of Tripoint Online by their wholly owned subsidiary, Red Rock Consulting.

Tripoint, a provider of consulting and online managed services solutions is predominately based around Oracle's PeopleSoft Application stack.

Swaab says the deal propels Red Rock into the position of being Oracle's largest locally based PeopleSoft partner across Australian and New Zealand.

The Swaab team was led by corporate partner Alistair Jaque and senior associate Andrew Draper.
