Deal significance: T2 operates some 40 retail stores in Australia, and offers the country’s largest range of premium, fragrant tea and tea wares from all around the globe. Bakers’ lead partner Richard Lustig said: “We are very pleased to have assisted the T2 vendors in this important transaction.”
