Deal Significance: Voyager has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and employs over 100 people.
ATPI is a global travel company with offices in around 60 countries.
“This transaction is a fantastic outcome for the Krongold Group, a long-standing client of
the firm,” said Wenig.
ABL has acted for the Krongold Group for over 25 years.
Wenig and Lanzer both mentioned the long-standing relationship of 25-plus years of ABL and the Krongold Group.
“It is another important milestone in achieving our international expansion strategy,” said ATPI CEO Graham Ramsey.
