Key players: The Lander & Rogers team was led by partner Gregg McConnell, who was joined by partner Peter Willcocks and lawyer Hannah Kotzman.

Deal significance: The Mountain Goat Beer shareholders approved the sale of the company to Asahi Holdings (Australia).
