Domino’s takes over French pizza chain

An Australian law firm has advised Domino’s on its acquisition of an independent pizza chain in western France.

Deal significance: Pizza Sprint is a leading independent pizza chain operating in western France.

Domino’s acquisition of Pizza Sprint will increase its presence in France and boost its advertising budget.

The transaction is due to be completed in January 2016. All Pizza Sprint stores will be converted into Domino’s stores by the end of 2017.
