Two global firms have advised on Paine & Partners’ investment in AgBiTech.

Deal: Global private equity investment firm Paine & Partners invested in AgBiTech Pty Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

Key players: The KWM team was led by partner Shannon Finch (pictured) and senior associate Henrik Moritz, supported by solicitors Jarred Bambridge and Anthoney Duong.

Deal significance:

Headquartered in Australia, AgBiTech produces farming pest management solutions.

Global private equity firm Paine & Partners focuses on the food and agribusiness sectors.

According to a release by KWM, Paine & Partners’ strategy is to invest alongside existing owners and managers to combine their insight with Paine's expertise.
