Investment company launches SPP

Deal significance: BKI Investment Company Limited (BKI) is launching an SPP, which opened on 7 April and will close on 28 April.

BKI has announced an offer to BKI’s eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders who will have the opportunity to participate in the SPP.

The SPP offers shareholders the opportunity to acquire up to $15,000 worth of ordinary shares in BKI without paying any brokerage or other charges.

The SPP is not underwritten.
