Deal: Dixon Hospitality acquired six Beer DeLuxe venues in NSW and Victoria

Key players: The Allens team was led by partners Michael Graves and Emin Altiparmak, with assistance from senior associates Matti Bechler and Claudina Vranken, and lawyers Annie Zheng and Helen Coker.

Deal significance: Dixon Hospitality acquired six Beer DeLuxe venues across NSW and Victoria, including those in the entertainment precincts of King Street Wharf in Sydney and Federation Square in Melbourne.
