Aussie owned financial services group makes ASX debut
An Australian owned financial services group has been advised by MinterEllison on its ASX listing and initial public offering.

Deal: Evans Dixon has listed on the ASX and launched an initial public offering (IPO) of its shares.

Key players: The Minters legal team was led by partner Bart Oude-Vrielink, with assistance by special counsel Sudharshan Senathirajah, associate Sarah Soon, and lawyers Simon Kroger, Isobel Conroy-Ryan and Scott McKerrow.
Deal significance: Evans Dixon provides an extensive range of financial services, including private wealth, funds management and capital markets advice. According to a Minters statement, the company is able to operate in both Australia and the United States through its operating subsidiaries Evans and Partners, Dixon Advisory, and Walsh and Company.
The Evans Dixon team is comprised of over 600 people across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and New York, the firm's statement noted.
