The 18 promoted comprise nine women and nine men, with an average age of 38.
Further, four of the new partners will work under “formal flexible working arrangements”, the firm said.
Minters chairman Bruce Cowley said he was “absolutely delighted” to introduce “such an exciting and diverse group” of new partners into the ranks.
“That we are able to promote such a large and talented group from within our own ranks says an enormous amount about the calibre of our entire legal team,” he said.
“Each promotion reflects our absolute commitment to building the firm’s capabilities with a view to fulfilling our aspiration of being our clients’ best partner.”
The new partners are: Kate Plowman and Deanna McMaster (human resources and industrial relations), Jeanette Barbaro, Edward Campbell, Andrew Hales and Rachel McNaught (infrastructure, construction and property), Siobhan Doherty, Geoff Earl, Nick Kipriotis, Joel Reid and Ker Wei Tiam (capital markets and corporate), Noelia Boscana and Miranda Noble (commercial and regulatory), and Ben Dodgshun, Kathryn Finlayson, Jonathan Kelp, Amy Southwell and Michael Vickery (dispute resolution).
