Deal: MinterEllison has assisted LOGOS in the completion of the subdivision and sale and leasing of a number of lots at the LOGOS Gold Coast property project.

Deal significance: The project involved the purchase of a 22.16ha parcel of industrial land and the development, leasing, subdivision and sale of seven small lots located at Captain Cook Drive, Arundel on the Gold Coast in Queensland.

MinterEllison acted on all aspects of the project, such as property, construction, stamp duty and tax issues, planning and environment, leasing and FIRB. Since acquiring the site in 2017, LOGOS has developed or leased the remaining space.
