Deal: Jacobs Engineering Group has entered into a new lease at 452 Flinders St, Melbourne, leasing more than 9,300 square metres of grade A office space from landlord Dexus Property Group.

Deal significance: Jacobs Engineering Group is described as a US-based engineering, architecture, technology and construction firm.
