Herbert Geer & Rundle’s media and entertainment group acted for Mushroom Music Publishing on its acquisition of Festival Music Publishing from News Limited. The deal widens the entertainment empire of entrepreneur Michael Gudinski to include the largest music catalogue in Australia and New Zealand.
