The addition of CGNZ’s high end business consulting expertise, along with enterprise resource planning practice and key industry sector experience to its stable is intended to strengthen HP’s ability to translate business issues into IT solutions for its customers. The company will be integrated into HP Services’ consulting and integration unit.

Partner Simon Martin led the Bell Gully corporate team, which also included James Elliott, Sarah-Jane Puch, Stephanie Drew and Sam Bryant. Michael O’Brian and Graeme Olding advised on employment and tax aspects of the deal, respectively.
