Blake Dawson Waldron advised Prime Television on the acquisition of six regional radio stations in Queensland. The stations — 4CA-FM Cairns, Sea-FM and Mix-FM Townsville, 4RO-AM Rockhampton, 4CC-AM Gladstone and 4MK-FM Mackay — were bought from Macquarie Regional Radioworks Group, represented by Allens Arthur Robinson. Blake’s partners Paul Mallam, Chris Shine, Peter McMahon and Bill Koeck advised on the transaction, with Michael Mueller as project coordinator.
